Some of the denizens of DA will do a violation report when we see things that are pushing or simply jumped over not just the rules of DA itself, but that fine line between art and porn, art and theft, etc. Sometimes they'll pull the items down. Other times they send us a note saying the report is invalid and leave us scratching our heads.

So, I'm curious about what other folks have reported that didn't get pulled. Comment with your own descriptions of things DA said they wouldn't remove. Do NOT give links to the deviation or thumbnails. There's no point in giving the  fools more traffic. Just give a description and try to keep to more technical terms, not crude ones. :D  If you post links or thumbnails, I'll remove your comment, so please follow the rules. ;)

Here are a few of my reports where nothing was done:

* Stolen image of Iron Man pasted onto a stolen porn site image. He was punching his fist into the genitals of a woman who was holding open the vaginal folds. :O_o: This one was wrong on multiple levels.  It actually took contacting Marvel Comics and setting their copyright folks on DA to get it pulled down.

*  Woman licking her own breast. Not porn? Uh, right....

*  Inserting live animals into female genitals. :puke: How is this not animal abuse?? And, as far as I know, it's actually illegal in a whole lot of places, too.

That's just a few I recall right off the top of my head. There have been other reports where I was basically left going :stinkeye: when they were deemed invalid by the staff.

Wow! It seems that I'm getting a LOT more favorites, messages, etc. than I used to when I originally joined DA. That being the case, there are some days when I just can't slog through them all in the amount of time I have allotted for such things.
